Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and independent Fulfillment Associate to aid in the daily warehouse operations based in Singapore, reporting directly to the Store Manager. The role involves shift-based schedules.

Working Hours and Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: Day shift from 7am to 7pm or night shift from 7pm to 7am
• Rotating shifts with work patterns of 3 days on and 4 days off, followed by 4 days on and 3 days off (e.g., Thursday to Saturday, then Thursday to Sunday)

Role Responsibilities

• Process and complete online grocery orders promptly by picking, scanning, and packaging items for delivery
• Receive incoming grocery stock and replenish store inventory accordingly
• Oversee warehouse stock ensuring smooth flow of goods and precise inventory tracking
• Supervise and allocate daily tasks to other pickers effectively
• Comply strictly with workplace and food safety guidelines

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving work environment
• Comfortable handling non-halal food items such as pork
• Proactive, self-driven and capable of working independently
• Familiarity with and commitment to 5S methodology in daily routines
• Technologically adept with experience using mobile devices and digital communication tools
• Proficient in English reading, writing, and communication
• Willingness to work across multiple store locations based on operational needs
• Demonstrates dependable attendance and adherence to leave policies
• Previous experience in warehouse or retail environments is advantageous
• Knowledge of Warehouse or Inventory Management Systems will be a plus
