Role Overview

We seek a motivated and self-driven Fulfillment Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Singapore. The role involves shift-based work patterns within an air-conditioned, machine-free warehouse that offers a fast-paced and friendly work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate timely warehouse operations, managing inbound and outbound goods efficiently.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures to maintain smooth goods flow and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Conduct inventory management tasks including cycle counts, expiry checks, replenishment, and FIFO compliance, while upholding all food safety standards.
• Lead and supervise agency pickers by assigning daily tasks to meet operational goals within set timelines.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager on manpower planning and daily staff deployment.
• Support monthly ad-hoc cross-store deployment as required by operational demands.
• Participate in Workplace Safety & Health procedures, conducting regular safety risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain company quality SOP standards and meet Singapore Food Agency (SFA) requirements, leading by example among agency pickers.
• Ensure maintenance and servicing of all warehouse tools and equipment to sustain operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, raise tickets when encountering access problems, and refer to SOP documents for guidance and knowledge enhancement.
• Complete all data entries and reports needed for compliance as per SOP standards.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and conducive to efficient order fulfillment and restocking activities.
• Promote and uphold safe work practices while being vigilant for safety concerns among colleagues and contractors.

Qualifications

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
• Self-motivated with the ability to operate autonomously.
• Familiarity with 5S methodologies and integration of these practices into daily routines.
• Comfortable using digital devices such as mobile phones and laptops for communication and operational tasks.
• Proficient in reading, understanding, and communicating in English.
• Willingness to work across various locations within a cluster based on shift rosters and operational demands.
• Committed to consistent attendance, following leave policies diligently.
• Previous experience in warehouse or retail environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Warehouse or Inventory Management Systems is considered a plus.
