Role Overview

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their designated tables.
• Set tables properly with linens, cutlery, and glassware in preparation for guests.
• Offer menus and provide comprehensive details, take food and beverage orders, and deliver courteous, efficient, and professional service while adhering to the hotel's performance standards.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene by monitoring proper operation of all equipment and adhere to safety protocols when handling equipment.
• Carry out the specified opening and closing tasks for the assigned outlet.
• Support monthly inventory audits of all operational tools and supplies used within the outlet.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a waiter or waitress in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to effectively assist guests and handle issues.
• Fluency in English for smooth communication with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with operating the MICROS Point of Sale (POS) system is essential.
