Visual Merchandiser (m/w/d) - Hamm

Overview

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will create an engaging and inspiring store environment that attracts customers and encourages them to shop at C&A. Your window displays will motivate people, and you will also coach sales colleagues to support you in implementing our Visual Merchandising (VM) standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an appealing and sales-promoting presentation of merchandise while adhering to VM guidelines and contributing your own ideas.
• Design inspiring window mannequins decorations.
• Analyze sales figures and key performance indicators (KPIs) using Merchandise Management Systems to enhance the presentation and alignment of collections.
• Apply centrally developed sales strategies and concepts to your in-store presentations.
• Boost sales results by creatively and attractively displaying products.
• Train colleagues on proper implementation of VM standards.
• Take proactive and profitable actions whenever opportunities arise.
• Assist customers with product needs or styling questions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed commercial vocational training in retail with considerable experience in Visual Merchandising or alternatively completed training as a visual marketing designer or a similar creative profession.
• Strong analytical skills to convert sales data into actionable solutions.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities, working closely with the Store Manager to set priorities and weekly schedules.
• Affinity for business processes and proficiency in sales area metrics and inventory management systems.
• Intuitive understanding of customer desires and ability to transform these into wearable visual merchandising concepts.
