This permanent full-time role is based in the H&M store in Kilkenny, requiring a 39-hour workweek with flexibility to work across seven days including weekends.
Role Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be integral to shaping a consistent and inspiring shopping experience for customers by upholding visual merchandising standards and driving sales performance. Your efforts will align with core company values, aiding both personal and organizational success.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement visual, commercial, and styling strategies consistent with store guidelines to improve customer engagement and sales.
- Review sales data, maintain garment quality, and spot merchandising and sales opportunities alongside Management.
- Leverage trends and competitor insights to mentor and support the store team in enhancing customer service.
Team Collaboration
You will be part of a dynamic store team comprising Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers, working collectively to create a motivating environment for both customers and colleagues.
