Job Overview
This is a permanent full-time role requiring 35 hours per week, located at the H&M store within the Oracle Shopping Centre in Reading. Flexibility is essential, including availability on weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a positive representative of the H&M brand, engaging customers to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to support commercial and operational initiatives aimed at achieving store goals and sales targets.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, competitor activities, and brands to inspire and advise customers effectively.
- Exchange feedback proactively to promote personal and colleague development.
Your Team
You will be part of a dynamic store team that includes Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers, working together to create an inspiring environment for customers and staff.
