Job description
Role Summary
This permanent, full-time position based at H&M's Cabot Circus store in Bristol requires 39 hours per week and flexible availability across all seven days, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement visual merchandising, commercial displays, and styling actions strictly following store standards to enhance the customer journey and boost overall sales.
- Review and analyze sales data, maintain garment presentation standards, and identify opportunities for improvement in partnership with store management teams.
- Leverage knowledge of current trends and competitor activities to advise and train store colleagues, empowering them to deliver excellent customer interaction.
Collaboration
Work closely within a diverse Store Team, comprising Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers. Together, create a motivating and inspirational shopping environment.
