Visual Merchandiser - Heinsberg (m/w/d)

Role Overview

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for designing the store's sales floor, window displays, and mannequin styling to create an inspiring experience for customers. You will independently implement visual and commercial concepts based on store guidelines and schedules, focusing on current trends, merchandise care, and impactful product presentation. Your attention to styling details will shape the overall look of the store and contribute to the success of both yourself and H&M.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales figures independently to identify visual opportunities and collaborate with store management to develop optimization strategies.
• Share knowledge of fashion trends with the store team to actively enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Set up promotional areas and sale sections, presenting merchandise following scheduled plans and timelines.
• Represent the H&M Group positively by maintaining authenticity and embodying company values.
• Optionally support the Sales Market team during expansion projects.
