Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser at Glasshouse, you will play a pivotal role in crafting an engaging and consistent shopping journey that aligns with the brand's standards and drives commercial success. You will actively uphold brand values while contributing to both your individual achievements and the wider company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement visual merchandising, commercial initiatives, and styling presentations adhering to store guidelines and marketing calendars to enrich customer experiences and boost store sales.
- Evaluate sales metrics, manage stock availability, ensure garment upkeep, and collaborate with Store Management to identify and prioritize visual and commercial enhancements.
- Leverage trend awareness and competitor analyses to mentor and develop store personnel, enhancing their capability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain professional and positive brand representation during all customer engagements.
- Assist Sales Market teams on projects related to store expansions.
Collaborative Environment
You will be embedded within the vibrant Store Team that constitutes the company's core, including Sales Advisors, Managers across various levels, and other specialized roles. There's strong collaboration across the Area Teams to exchange insights and achieve collective success. Together, you support customers in feeling confident and expressing their personal style through the latest fashion trends, reinforcing a commitment to accessible and sustainable fashion.

- Proven background in visual merchandising and commercial environments, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Competent in interpreting sales data and applying insights to improve selling performance.
