About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging sales floor displays by developing and implementing creative product presentations aligned with our design concept to appeal to customers.
- Plan and execute seasonal and thematic window displays reflecting current campaigns, trends, or special promotions.
- Provide creative support for seasonal sales events by realizing marketing campaigns and local initiatives.
- Collaborate with and train colleagues in visual merchandising, product service, and sales to achieve the best results collectively.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably completed training as a Visual Marketing Designer or relevant experience as a Visual Merchandiser in the fashion and lifestyle sector.
- Strong creativity coupled with a keen sense for trends and aesthetics.
- Passion for retail and an understanding of customer needs within a multichannel retail environment.
- Excellent sensitivity for premium brands and quality.
- Confident use of design tools and software programs.
- Good manual skills.
