Role Overview

Joining as a Vehicle Delivery Specialist, you will serve as the primary in-person representative of Clutch during vehicle pick-up and delivery. Your mission is to provide an outstanding, personalized customer experience while ensuring safe and professional transport of vehicles. This position requires a combination of driver expertise, customer service excellence, and attention to vehicle condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Create memorable and high-quality experiences for every customer encountered.
• Safely operate flatbed trucks to transport client vehicles and execute direct deliveries to customer locations within the service area.
• Maintain a strong customer service focus, addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections focusing on both cosmetic and mechanical elements to detect any issues.
• Precisely complete all necessary customer documentation and maintain detailed records in the company’s tracking systems.
• Collaborate with team members to assist where needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Your background should include at least 1 year experience in vehicle transportation and 2 years in roles involving direct customer interaction.
• Comfortable with driving longer distances frequently.
• A genuine passion for automobiles and experience within the automotive sector are highly valued.
• Hold a valid British Columbia Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Maintain a clean driving record with no major violations for the past three years.
• Clear criminal background check required.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Canada.
• Availability for a minimum of 40 hours weekly, including overtime and a schedule of four weekdays plus one weekend day.

Compensation and Benefits

• Wage: $24 per hour.
