Job Overview

This role involves efficiently managing the loading, transportation, and timely delivery of items using a van along designated routes. The position requires strong physical capability and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate transaction handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely lift, stack, and organize parcels, boxes, or products both inside and outside the van to maximize space and ensure safe transportation.
• Accompany the driver on scheduled delivery routes to ensure prompt drop-off of goods at shops, residences, or distribution hubs.
• Verify delivered items by cross-checking quantities against delivery invoices, obtain customer signatures, and maintain precise records of deliveries.
• Handle payments from customers when applicable, including cash on delivery and digital transactions.
• Provide courteous communication with customers, promptly report any damaged products or delivery delays to the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

• Physically capable of standing, walking long distances, and lifting heavy packages throughout the shift.
• Possess basic communication skills sufficient to understand instructions and interact politely with customers.
• Educational requirement of at least completion of 10th grade or basic literacy.
