Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable florist who thrives in a dynamic environment and appreciates quality, color, and design. The ideal candidate will embody the brand's vision and style and actively contribute to the team’s success.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full and attractive floral displays consistently.
• Manage the workroom flowers, including conditioning and monitoring the rotation of flowers in vases and buckets.
• Oversee plant care and management.
• Ensure pre-designed bouquets are prepared and ready for display stands.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clientele.
• Process deliveries comprising ambient goods, fresh flowers, packaging, and consumables.
• Merchandise and organize stock displays.
• Perform stock rotation, check use-by and sell-by dates, and document accordingly.
• Serve customers, manage transactions, and pack their items appropriately.
• Dispose of waste into designated recycling or refuse containers.
• Carry out general cleaning and maintenance duties.

Requirements

• Proven passion and knowledge of flowers.
• Previous experience as a florist is preferred.
• Confidence in flower conditioning and understanding of floral varieties.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• A team player who aligns with the company’s vision, brand identity, and style.

Additional Information

• Employment type is full-time and permanent.
• Applicants must have valid work authorization for the United Kingdom.
• The hourly wage is set at £14.40.
