Job Overview and Responsibilities
Join our team as a Food Delivery Boy in Mumbai, Maharashtra, where you'll partner with drivers to ensure the swift and safe delivery of food orders along designated routes. Your duties will include verifying that all items and invoices match both before leaving the restaurant and upon delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
You'll also be the face of our service at delivery points, handing over orders courteously, managing payments in cash or via digital methods when needed, and offering straightforward assistance to customers' questions.
