Job Overview

Join Parcelforce Worldwide as a Collection & Delivery Driver based in Gloucester, GL2 2AD. This permanent opportunity involves working 38 hours weekly with options for overtime, under two available shift patterns: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00 or Monday, Wednesday to Saturday between 08:00 and 15:30.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting annual salary of 25,201 ( 12.71 per hour)
• Salary increase after 6 months to 27,561 annually ( 13.94 per hour)
• Potential to earn up to 30,000 annually including paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Monthly non-pensionable pay addition ( 903.84 yearly)

Role Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort parcels and organize delivery routes
• Perform mandatory vehicle safety inspections
• Pick up and deliver parcels to residential and commercial addresses
• Maintain a professional, courteous service to customers

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence (category B, up to 3.5 tonnes) registered at current address with no more than 6 penalty points
• Physically capable of lifting parcels weighing up to 30 kg
• Dependable, friendly, and customer-centric attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
• Desire to secure a long-term stable role in a growing company
