Job Overview
Join Parcelforce Worldwide in Leicester as a Collection & Delivery Driver working a permanent, full-time schedule of 38 hours per week. Your typical work days will include Monday and Wednesday to Saturday from 07:24am to 3pm, with availability for overtime to increase your earnings potential.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary of £25,201 annually (£12.71 per hour)
- After six months, salary increases to £27,561 per year (£13.94 per hour)
- Potential to earn up to £30,000 annually including overtime based on a 38-hour workweek
- Weekend premiums: additional £4.39 per hour on Saturdays and £6.58 per hour on Sundays applied to contracted hours
- Paid overtime on weekdays and weekends
- Extra allowances such as a monthly non-pensionable pay addition of £903.84 and weekly driving allowance of £26.73

Role Responsibilities
- Organizing parcels and planning routes for efficient delivery schedules
- Performing necessary vehicle safety inspections before routes
- Delivering and collecting parcels at residential and business addresses reliably
- Delivering excellent customer service maintaining a friendly and dependable approach
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a full UK manual driving license (Category B) valid for vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes, registered at current address with no more than 6 license points
- Physical ability to handle and carry parcels up to 30 kilograms
- Personality traits of reliability, friendliness, and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable both working independently and collaborating as part of a team
