About the Role
The Validation Lead is responsible for delivering accurate validations on modular and services scopes within the company. While modular components are managed by dedicated vendors nationwide, the services scope is executed via a network of Livspace-certified contractor partners and an internal contracting team. This role is critical in ensuring appropriate information is both provided to vendor partners and gathered from customers to facilitate smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate technical drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and site conditions.
- Thoroughly understand multidisciplinary drawings—covering modular, non-modular kitchen work surfaces (KWS), furniture, civil, electrical, plumbing, etc.—and meticulously verify the quantity of each BOQ line item.
- Detect design inconsistencies and anticipate potential execution risks.
- Identify and report missing items within the BOQ.
- Finalize the BOQ by resolving design discrepancies and conducting comprehensive on-site validations.
- Deliver validation reports free of errors within the stipulated Service Level Agreements (SLA).
