Role Summary

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will manage projects from initial client engagement through to finalizing designs. This role requires leveraging your design skills, client understanding, and business acumen to craft functional and visually appealing spaces while ensuring an excellent customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret client needs to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing space plans.
• Manage the full design cycle, delivering high-quality design outputs.
• Communicate design ideas and proposals effectively to clients.
• Ensure a trustworthy and smooth customer experience throughout the design phase.
• Handle your project workload to meet monthly revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless project handovers for execution.
• Maintain superior standards for design quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture (B.Arch), or equivalent.
• Alternatively, a 2-3 year Diploma in Interior Design with relevant experience in residential interiors.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in residential interior design.
• Strong background in modular interiors and space planning.
• Competence in AutoCAD or comparable design software.
• Experience in client-facing roles or design-and-build projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive ownership mindset and capability to excel in goal-driven settings.

Preferred Skills

• Over 4 years’ experience working with AutoCAD.
• More than 2 years’ experience in sales, design consultation, or client conversion roles.
