Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee the design process for 12 to 15 projects each month through leadership of a design team comprising 6 to 10 members.
• Monitor and manage the team’s productivity and quality of output, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Lead design discussions and conduct training sessions to enhance team competencies and address technical details as needed.
• Manage customer interactions to ensure a positive experience and maintain strong client relationships.
• Track and improve design output quality as measured by customer satisfaction surveys, specifically the Net Promoter Score.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (B.Interior Design) is essential.
• Possession of a Master’s degree or specialization such as Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working as an Interior Designer or Project Manager.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and completing at least 10 residential or interior projects from initiation through completion.
