Valet/Laundry Attendant

Position Overview

This role involves welcoming guests when they arrive, assisting safely with unloading their belongings, and delivering laundry and clothing items to guest rooms. It requires a strong focus on guest service and adaptability to varied schedules. Prompt responses to requests from guests, the Front Desk, or At Your Service are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with unloading items safely.
• Deliver laundry and clothing to appropriate guest rooms with care.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance for laundry and dry cleaning items.
• Complete valet tickets accurately to ensure proper handling of items.
• Coordinate repairs by liaising with relevant personnel and manage pick-up and delivery after service completion.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and personal appearance at all times.
• Ensure confidentiality of proprietary and company information.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Answer telephone calls using proper etiquette.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Comply with quality assurance standards.
• Perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Other job-related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific licenses or certifications required.

Additional Information

This position is a non-management role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (King Faisal Ibn Abd Al Aziz Road, Diriyah). The work schedule is full-time and onsite, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional guest service. The role demands physical stamina and the ability to perform various manual tasks.
