Role Summary

We are seeking responsible and courteous Valet Drivers who thrive in customer-facing roles and prioritize safety. Join a supportive team eager to help you grow, many of whom began their careers as valets.

Primary Duties

• Deliver exceptional client service by promptly addressing requests and concerns, proactively resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with customers.
• Carefully inspect each vehicle before parking, documenting any observations.
• Clearly communicate valet parking rates to customers.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and exhibit safe driving habits.
• Report any accidents, hazards, unusual events, or policy breaches to management immediately.
• Maintain familiarity with local streets, landmarks, and freeways to facilitate smooth customer transportation experiences.
• Arrive punctually and in proper uniform for all assigned shifts, ensuring uniform is worn throughout the entirety of the shift.
• Support management by performing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid state driver’s license with a good driving record and current address.
• Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmission is a beneficial skill.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends if required.
• Must provide valid documentation proving legal eligibility to work in the U.S. upon hiring.
• Strong communication skills to provide accurate information and handle customer interactions professionally.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, including the ability to read, write, and perform simple arithmetic with US currency; comprehension of instructions, short emails, and memos is necessary.
• Capability to follow both written and verbal directions, and adapt calmly to changes or unexpected situations during work.

Physical Requirements

This role demands standing, walking regularly, and using hands to handle cash and equipment. Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting or moving of items up to 25 pounds is required. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
