Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and friendly Valet Drivers to join our team. Ideal candidates are customer-oriented with a commitment to safety and a polite demeanor. This role involves working collaboratively with experienced team members who support your professional growth, many of whom began their journey as valets.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional client service by promptly addressing concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining proactive communications.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before parking, documenting any observations.
• Clearly communicate valet service rates to customers.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safe driving standards at all times.
• Report any incidents including accidents, safety hazards, unusual events, or policy violations to management promptly.
• Be knowledgeable about local roads, landmarks, and freeways to facilitate smooth transportation for customers.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance by wearing the company uniform fully and arriving on time for every shift.
• Assist management with additional responsibilities as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfort driving manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States, with valid documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to provide accurate information and professionally handle client inquiries or complaints.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills to manage US currency and interpret instructions, emails, or memos.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written directions and remain adaptable to changes or unexpected situations while maintaining composure.

Physical Requirements

The role regularly involves standing, walking, and handling cash and equipment, with occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities are available.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an hourly wage of $10.00 plus eligibility to earn additional tips.
