Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of each vehicle before parking and document any observations.
• Inform customers about valet service rates clearly and courteously.
• Attend promptly and courteously to customer inquiries.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safe driving standards.
• Report any accidents, safety issues, unusual situations, or policy breaches to supervisors.
• Provide customers with directions using knowledge of local roads, landmarks, and highways.
• Maintain professional appearance by arriving on time in complete and clean uniform for every scheduled shift.
• Support management with additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license, up-to-date address, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including second and third shifts and weekends.
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States, with required documentation upon hiring.
• Effective communication skills to provide accurate information and professionally resolve customer concerns.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, including handling U.S. currency and understanding written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to adapt calmly to unexpected changes, delays, and directions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation starts at $17.50 per hour plus tips.
