Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing client requests and concerns, proactively communicating, and seeking effective solutions to issues.
• Examine each vehicle prior to parking, accurately documenting any observations.
• Clearly communicate valet service rates to customers.
• Comply with all traffic regulations and practice safe driving at all times.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, irregular incidents, and any breaches of company policies to management immediately.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and highways to ensure a smooth transportation experience for customers.
• Arrive for scheduled shifts punctually, wearing a clean and complete uniform throughout the entire work period.
• Support management by performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a valid state driver’s license accompanied by a current address and a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmission is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including second and third shifts or weekends if necessary.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States, verified by appropriate documentation upon hiring.
• Strong communication skills to provide accurate information and handle customer issues professionally.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, including reading, writing, and handling U.S. currency.
• Capability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions and to adapt calmly to schedule changes or unexpected circumstances.

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and manual handling of cash and equipment. Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds are also necessary. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualifying individuals with disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an hourly wage of $20.00 plus tips.
