Primary Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by quickly resolving requests and concerns, proactively communicating with clients, and innovating solutions to customer issues.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before parking them and document any observations.
• Clearly explain valet service rates to customers.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and practice safe driving habits.
• Report any accidents, safety concerns, unusual situations, or violations of policies to management immediately.
• Maintain familiarity with local streets, landmarks, and highways to ensure smooth customer transit.
• Arrive punctually in a tidy uniform, remain in full uniform during shifts, and be prepared to work each scheduled shift.
• Support management by assisting with additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a valid state driver’s license, current address, and a clean driving record.
• Skill in safely operating manual transmission vehicles (stick shift) is advantageous.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Documentation proving legal authorization to work in the U.S. (required upon hiring).
• Ability to communicate accurate information to customers and colleagues and respond professionally to issues or complaints.
• Competency with basic math related to US currency and understanding short written communications like emails and memos.
• Capability to follow verbal and written instructions, and maintain composure adapting to work changes, delays, or unexpected events.

Physical Demands

Performing the job requires frequent standing, walking, and handling cash or equipment, occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations can be provided for disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The total pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, inclusive of estimated tip earnings. Eligible employees can participate in comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision care, flexible spending accounts, disability coverage, life and accident insurance, 401(k) retirement plans, and paid time off.
