Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service by promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues while proactively communicating with clients.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections prior to parking, documenting any notable details.
• Clearly explain valet service rates to customers.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and maintain safe driving practices.
• Report incidents including accidents, safety risks, unusual activities, or policy breaches to management promptly.
• Possess thorough knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and highways to ensure efficient customer transportation.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism by arriving on time in a clean, complete uniform for every shift.
• Support management by performing additional assigned tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid state driver’s license, current residential address, and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Capability to safely operate vehicles with manual transmission is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work special shifts including second, third shifts, and weekends as required.
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States with valid documentation.
• Ability to provide accurate information, handle customer queries professionally, and respond effectively to complaints.
• Competency in basic arithmetic involving U.S. currency, and ability to read and comprehend written instructions, short emails, and memos.
• Capacity to follow both written and oral directions and adapt calmly to changes, delays, and unforeseen events during work.

Physical Requirements

This role requires employees to stand, walk, and handle cash and equipment regularly. Occasional tasks include sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Compensation & Benefits
