Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by addressing client inquiries promptly, creatively resolving issues, and communicating effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Thoroughly inspect vehicles prior to parking, documenting any conditions observed.
• Communicate valet rates clearly to customers.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safe driving standards.
• Report any accidents, safety risks, unusual events, or violations to supervisory staff.
• Maintain familiarity with local streets, landmarks, and highways to ensure smooth transportation for patrons.
• Arrive punctually in full, clean uniform ready for all assigned shifts and maintain professional appearance throughout.
• Support management by undertaking additional tasks as necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record and current address details.
• Capability to operate vehicles with manual transmissions is advantageous.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S., with appropriate documentation upon hiring.
• Clear communication skills to provide accurate information and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Basic literacy and numeracy including reading instructions and managing U.S. currency.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt calmly to changes, delays, or unexpected situations.

Physical Requirements

Job duties require frequent standing, walking, and manual handling of cash and equipment. Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds are expected. Reasonable accommodations are considered to support employees with disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wage ranges from $11 to $13, supplemented by tips. Eligible employees have access to health-related benefits such as medical, dental, vision, alongside financial and leave benefits like 401(k), short/long-term disability, life and accident insurance, and paid time off.
