Role Overview

We are searching for responsible and courteous Overnight Valet Drivers who take pride in safe driving and enjoy engaging with customers. This role offers an excellent entry point for those aiming to build a career within a dynamic and supportive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections prior to parking, accurately documenting any observations.
• Communicate valet rates clearly to customers.
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safe driving standards.
• Report incidents such as accidents, safety issues, unusual events, and policy violations to management.
• Provide customers with directions by utilizing comprehensive knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways.
• Maintain professionalism by arriving promptly in clean uniform and staying fully dressed throughout the shift.
• Support management by assisting with additional assignments as necessary.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record and current address.
• Driving skills with a manual transmission vehicle are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends as required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. with appropriate documentation.
• Excellent communication abilities to accurately provide information and tactfully handle customer concerns.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills including proficiency in reading, writing, and handling U.S. currency.
• Capability to follow instructions precisely and adapt calmly to unexpected work challenges.
