Overview
This position involves providing safe, dependable, confidential, and professional transportation services specifically for the Brewery Manager, their authorized guests, and family members. The role demands adherence to HEINEKEN's standards including excellent driving discipline, punctuality, vehicle maintenance, and professional behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and defensive driving, complying with all traffic regulations and company safety standards.
- Ensure punctual arrival at offices, meetings, airports, residences, and other designated locations by effective route and time management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Brewery Manager’s movements, conversations, schedules, documents, visitors, and family.
- Exhibit professionalism and respect towards management, guests, family, employees, and external contacts during transport.
- Maintain a calm and service-oriented demeanor inside the vehicle, avoiding disturbances such as loud music, phone usage, smoking, gossip, or conflicts.
- Positively represent the company outside the vehicle through proper grooming, respectful communication, orderly parking, and courteous interaction with security, traffic officers, hotel and airport personnel.
- Plan routes carefully considering factors like traffic, weather, road conditions, parking, security advisories, and input from the Security team.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections focused on tires, brakes, lights, fuel, oil, water, tools, and overall roadworthiness; ensure that the vehicle remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Perform cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and tightening (CILT) activities, promptly report defects, and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs with the General Services team.
- Handle emergencies such as accidents, breakdowns, medical issues, or security incidents calmly and efficiently; notify appropriate contacts immediately.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with supervisors, management, General Services, Security, and other stakeholders regarding schedules, route risks, and vehicle condition.
- Assist with other transport-related, administrative, and support duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least three years of relevant work experience in driving roles.
- Completed 10th grade education or higher.
- Possession of a valid 3rd-grade driving license.
