About the Role

Circet UK is actively seeking a Traffic Management Operative to join its Dorset team. This role focuses on the setting up, maintaining, and dismantling of traffic management schemes on-site, ensuring smooth operation throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out installation, upkeep, and removal of complex traffic management systems across both rural and urban road networks.
  • Participate in regular site coordination meetings involving clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Interpret and follow detailed Traffic Management CAD drawings.
  • Conduct surveys and design traffic management plans, accounting for risks and traffic volume assessments.
  • Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively amid changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in traffic management roles.
  • Relevant training and qualifications for executing temporary traffic management.
  • Possession of a valid full driving license.
  • Flexibility to work weekends.
  • Experience working under fast-paced and rapid turnaround conditions.
  • Open availability and familiarity with online systems.
  • Sector Scheme 12D qualification preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
