Role Overview

This role involves taking comprehensive responsibility for managing the operations of the two-wheeler mobility business within designated international markets. This includes continuous data analysis and monitoring to refine vehicle deployment strategies, optimize intelligent scheduling, and improve daily operational and maintenance systems to boost efficiency and service quality. The candidate will ensure the achievement of critical operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations of two-wheeler mobility services in assigned overseas regions, utilizing data review and analysis to optimize deployment, scheduling, and maintenance processes.
• Supervise local overseas warehouse operations and oversee complete asset lifecycle management of vehicles, including standardizing warehouse inbound/outbound logistics, material inventory, and vehicle upkeep to maintain accurate stock records and timely repairs.
• Develop and refine standardized operating procedures tailored to local market characteristics, industry norms, and governmental regulations to promote compliant, localized operations that strengthen regional brand reputation and facilitate steady business growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and execute headquarters’ strategies and policies with appropriate localization for regional markets. Address operational challenges swiftly to maintain business stability and orderliness.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree or higher; field of study is not restricted. Prior professional experience is not mandatory, enabling recent graduates to apply. Preference given to candidates with relevant experience in two-wheeler mobility operations.
• Must be willing to accept long-term overseas assignments and global work location arrangements as dictated by company deployment policies.
• Fluent in English for daily operational communication, business negotiations, and documentation. Knowledge of Chinese is advantageous. Demonstrates strong cross-cultural adaptability and excellent communication and coordination skills to drive interdepartmental collaboration and solve operational issues effectively.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills and data awareness, proficient in Excel and similar data analysis tools. Capable of identifying operational challenges, analyzing root causes from data, and proposing practical optimization strategies.
• Highly self-driven with the ability to learn independently and execute tasks effectively. Demonstrates positive management mindset, teamwork spirit, willingness to engage directly in frontline business activities, resilience, and capacity to work under pressure.
