Technician

Overview

We are seeking skilled Technicians to join our team to perform installation, inspection, servicing, and routine maintenance of vehicles and equipment in line with company standards. This position is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, as well as opportunities in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute installation, maintenance, and inspection tasks for vehicles and equipment efficiently.
• Identify and diagnose technical faults accurately.
• Carry out repairs and replace defective parts as necessary.
• Perform regular vehicle/equipment checks to ensure optimal functionality.
• Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues within specified timeframes.
• Document service activities through accurate record-keeping, including job cards and inspection reports.
• Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and technical guidelines during all operations.
• Collaborate with the service team and escalate major technical concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe and functional condition.
• Travel locally to customer or dealer locations to provide technical support and services.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI or Diploma qualification in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical fields is preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in technician or service roles.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing procedures and troubleshooting fundamental mechanical systems.
• Possession of a valid 4-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
• Effective communication abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel within local areas as part of job responsibilities.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in service or field environments.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly gross salary ranging from ₹22,000 to ₹25,000.
• Complimentary meals provided during work.
