Safety Supervisor

Role Overview

As a Safety Supervisor at Mathura Construction based in Pune, Maharashtra, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all established site safety protocols and regulations, playing a key role in maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Duties

• Carry out daily inspections to check site safety compliance.
• Identify potential hazards and implement necessary preventive or corrective measures.
• Ensure all workers properly wear and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Lead toolbox talks and conduct safety awareness training sessions for staff.
• Monitor and promote safe work practices during all construction operations.
• Maintain and manage safety documentation including records, checklists, permits, and incident reports.
• Work closely with site engineers and laborers to enforce safe job execution.
• Investigate any accidents or incidents thoroughly, applying corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific and statutory safety regulations.
