Job description
Position Overview
Join our team as a Toolstore Controller where you will oversee the supply and availability of tools and equipment for customer sites throughout Western Australia, including potential offshore assignments.
This full-time permanent position is based in Perth but involves remote shutdown projects requiring extended stays away from home. Travel, accommodation, and meals will be provided during these periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, source, and manage tooling and consumables to satisfy customer requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience.
- Support initiatives to optimize equipment usage.
- Maintain tooling and equipment in proper working condition for rental availability.
- Coordinate the dispatch and retrieval of tools and equipment.
- Perform stocktaking, accurately record inventory electronically, and generate necessary reports.

Candidate Profile
- Experience in a similar toolstore or inventory control role.
- Knowledge of safety processes such as Take 5 and JSEA assessments.
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License and Forklift License.
- Strong verbal communication and exceptional customer service skills.
- Competency with intermediate-level computer skills, as well as time management and organizational abilities.
- Trade certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
