About the Role
Join Anglian Home Improvements at our Bar Hill depot as a Warehouse Assistant, where you'll be essential in preparing products for collection by Installers and Service Engineers. Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually unload delivery lorries and conduct quality checks on received goods.
- Systematically organize products into designated storage areas following company procedures.
- Keep the warehouse, loading bays, unloading zones, and skip areas clean and orderly.
- Pick, prepare, and cut plastic orders precisely for dispatch to installation teams.
- Maintain accurate stock levels using scanners and adhere to company optimization methods.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse or stock control settings is essential.
- A full driving license is required for this role.
- Self-driven and motivated individuals capable of consistently maintaining performance.
- Reliable team members who understand the importance of every order and consistency to depot success.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate potential delayed deliveries.
