Compensation and Benefits

The expected hourly wage is $19.00, variable based on location, skills, experience, and education. Monthly bonuses are also available. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Eligible employees can participate in a 401k plan with company match. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours annually encompassing PTO, paid holidays, and floating holidays, alongside up to 64 hours of paid sick leave per year, or as mandated by law.

Working Hours

Schedule respects operating hours from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and exemplify professional customer service standards
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Cross-train across all store operations including stocking and sales associate duties
• Coach, lead, and develop team members effectively
• Assume the Leader on Duty role as scheduled
