Role Overview and Challenges

As a Tolerance Management Engineer at NEURA Robotics, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable functioning of precision assemblies in high-volume manufacturing settings through systematic tolerance control methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tolerance analyses including one-dimensional, three-dimensional, statistical, and worst-case approaches.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to establish effective tolerance frameworks.
• Formulate measurement and inspection strategies in coordination with the quality department.
• Assess manufacturing process capabilities using indices such as Cp and Cpk and analyze supplier data.
• Support the development of alignment and assembly procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Experienced in tolerance management and simulation software, including tools such as 3DCS, VisVSA, or Cetol.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of ISO Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS).
• Has an understanding of manufacturing processes and metrology principles.
• Exhibits a structured and communicative working style.
