Role Overview and Responsibilities

As the facility caretaker and manager, you will ensure the seamless functioning of our premises by performing minor repairs and managing technical facility-related tasks in partnership with our landlord. Your duties involve maintaining safety, order, and cleanliness throughout the buildings, and you will coordinate and oversee external maintenance activities, including contractor supervision. Additionally, you will act as the liaison for occupational safety personnel and serve as the primary contact for departments requiring manual assistance such as repairs, moving, cleaning, and small-scale transport tasks.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

We seek a technically inclined individual motivated by problem-solving who wishes to contribute positively to our environment. The ideal candidate holds an apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in a technical or manual trade, complemented by substantial experience in building services engineering, facility management, or similar roles such as a service technician or caretaker. Essential attributes include practical skills, teamwork, and a personable attitude. A class B driving license is required. Proficiency in German and English, along with computer skills, are valued to enhance support capabilities moving forward.
