Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Timekeeper to support workforce management in an Oil & Gas EPC project environment. This role entails detailed tracking of attendance, leave, and overtime data, with integration into the Oracle ERP system. The position is vital for payroll accuracy, labor compliance, and efficient workforce reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect and verify daily attendance through biometric systems and manual logs, maintaining precise section-wise records for employees and subcontractors.
- Enter attendance data promptly and accurately into Oracle ERP and generate daily attendance reports for management and HR.
- Administer leave records, updating balances and reconciling discrepancies in compliance with company and labor regulations.
- Document and monitor overtime hours for blue-collar workers and subcontractors, ensuring proper approvals and timely ERP updates.
- Manage ERP data integrity, troubleshoot synchronization issues, and uphold data confidentiality.
- Prepare detailed periodic workforce reports on attendance, absenteeism, overtime, and headcount statistics, including ad-hoc reports for various departments.
- Support junior timekeepers, coordinate reporting across multiple projects, and serve as the primary contact for timekeeping queries and resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with Administration, Project, Construction Managers and Project Directors to secure timesheet approvals and maintain accurate records with HR, payroll, and subcontractors.
Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 4 years experience as a Timekeeper or similar role within construction, preferably supporting large EPC, Oil & Gas, industrial, infrastructure, or heavy construction projects.
- Mandatory High School Certificate; Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is an advantage.
- Proven expertise in attendance, leave, and overtime management.
- Practical experience with Oracle ERP or comparable systems.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and workforce reporting tools.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance mandates.
- Exceptional numerical accuracy and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and coordination capabilities to handle workforce data in dynamic environments.
