Technical Liaison Manager

About the Role

Join our team in Doha, Qatar as a Technical Liaison Manager where your expertise will drive impactful telecom projects within the Oil & Gas industry. In this role, your primary focus will be on successfully executing projects while ensuring effective collaboration between departments and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution (70%): Act as the primary contact for clients on-site, facilitating technical alignment, overseeing project progress, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Coordination (20%): Gather client feedback to relay to internal teams, promote smooth interdepartmental cooperation, and apply cultural sensitivity during all interactions.
• Sales Support (10%): Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients including EPC contractors and Oil & Gas operators; support identification of new business by understanding market needs and industry trends.

• Excellent verbal and written communicator adept at maintaining clear dialogue with clients and internal teams.
• Proactive individual skilled at anticipating client needs and resolving issues promptly.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or IT Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing projects and tracking progress relative to goals.
• Solid expertise in telecommunications systems and technologies, particularly within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proficient relationship-builder capable of liaising with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills for conflict resolution and agreement facilitation.
• Excellent organizational skills managing multiple projects and clients concurrently.
• Analytical capability to interpret complex technical details and communicate effectively.
• Understanding of business development processes and opportunity identification relevant to growth.
