Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Time Keeper to oversee accurate daily attendance, overtime, leave, and manpower records at a civil construction site located in Dubai, UAE. This role requires close coordination with site supervisors and HR to ensure timely and precise manpower reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately maintain daily attendance and overtime records for all site personnel, including staff and workers.
- Prepare comprehensive manpower reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to track staffing levels.
- Liaise with supervisors and foremen to verify and confirm attendance and overtime data.
- Record all staff absences, leave status, new joiners, transfers, and other personnel movements diligently.
- Provide accurate attendance data to HR departments to facilitate payroll processing smoothly.
- Ensure timesheets and manpower records are well-organized and kept up to date.
- Identify and report any irregularities such as attendance discrepancies or unauthorized absences to management promptly.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 3 to 4 years of experience as a Time Keeper specifically in civil construction environments.
- Proven ability to manage manpower and attendance information on-site effectively.
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel for record keeping and reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication and coordination capabilities to work with various stakeholders.
- Experience working in the UAE construction sector is a distinct advantage.
