Job description
Role Overview
Seeking a seasoned professional with extensive background in operations management, organizational development, system architecture, and managing institutional partnerships. This role focuses on spearheading the creation and enhancement of integrated operational and administrative frameworks to drive the organization's growth and long-term sustainability.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead design and continuous improvement of operational and administrative workflows.
- Evaluate, create, and oversee contracts and agreements with therapists and service providers.
- Formulate, update, and maintain detailed organizational policies, procedures, and operational manuals.
- Set, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall operational metrics.
- Develop and define organizational hierarchy, clarifying roles to improve operational efficiency.
- Direct digital transformation efforts, including automating client appointment scheduling and management.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, and governance requirements.
- Create and administer processes that enhance customer experience and evaluate client satisfaction effectively.
- Design and manage onboarding procedures for newly hired therapists.
- Implement business continuity strategies that guarantee uninterrupted services.
- Build and nurture institutional relationships with referral sources and strategic partners.
- Support initiatives that manage the organization's online reputation and enhance institutional visibility.
- Compile operational reports and conduct analyses to aid leadership decision-making and strategic expansion.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least five years of hands-on experience in operations management within healthcare or service-oriented organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing foundational systems and processes from scratch.
- Experience with contract negotiation and managing institutional relationships.
- Knowledge of clinic management systems, digital automation, and transformation projects.
- Strong negotiation capabilities alongside effective people management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and strategic decision-making competencies.
- Experience in healthcare or mental health environments is advantageous.
