Role Overview

This position is responsible for managing all technical infrastructure that supports Think AI’s operations. This includes managing devices like laptops, overseeing network and security systems, administering SaaS products, and running the onsite data center used to test internal products. This role demands a versatile tech expert comfortable across hardware, software, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the employee endpoint experience including laptop provisioning, mobile device management enrollment, identity and multifactor authentication, onboarding/offboarding, and daily support.
• Administer company SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and Zoom, focusing on access control, group management, licensing, single sign-on, security compliance, and audit readiness.
• Handle the entire office network setup and maintenance including switches, WiFi, firewalls, VPN, cabling, DNS services, AV for meeting rooms, printers, and VoIP systems.
• Build and deploy AI compute nodes from bare chassis through full production readiness, covering GPU, CPU, memory, storage installation, liquid cooling assembly and testing, cabling, firmware and BIOS configuration, OS imaging, and system validation for performance targets.
• Operate and maintain the 30 kW data center at company headquarters, monitoring thermals, power consumption, network health, performing firmware updates, inventorying spare parts, managing hardware replacements and RMAs along with the VP of Field Engineering.
• Lead IT security operations including patch management, backup verification, log monitoring, endpoint protection, and incident response, collaborating closely with Legal on policies.
• Oversee technical facility systems such as security cameras, badge access control, meeting room AV, and VoIP setups.
• Automate routine manual IT processes and manage vendor relationships, procurement, licensing, and renewals.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of practical IT experience covering endpoints, networking, SaaS administration, and security.
• Proven expertise building and configuring servers, including installing GPUs, memory, storage, cabling, BIOS, BMC, and OS deployment.
• Proficiency scripting in at least two of the following: bash, Python, PowerShell.
• Experience managing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, especially with single sign-on, multifactor authentication, and automated user lifecycle management.
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals such as switching, routing, firewall rules, WiFi design, VPNs, and DNS.
• Fluent in both native or near-native Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting GPU or AI compute environments.
• Hands-on knowledge with liquid cooling or dense rack deployments.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications like Security+ or CISSP.
• Work experience in startups scaling from early to growth stages.
