Job Overview
As a Telecalling Executive, your primary role will encompass building and nurturing a portfolio of clients while maintaining robust relationships with both new and existing customers. You will be responsible for identifying new business prospects through various outreach efforts and effectively presenting our products and services to secure sales and long-term contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client portfolios by fostering strong connections with clients to discover new opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and face-to-face meetings to engage potential customers with customized solutions.
- Clearly communicate the advantages of our offerings to clients to facilitate successful sales closures.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing and Customer Support to enhance client satisfaction and integrate their feedback seamlessly.
- Maintain detailed and precise records of all sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics within the CRM system for easy accessibility.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product improvements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive market position.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate channels when needed.
