Job Responsibilities

The role involves proactively sourcing potential candidates for delivery rider or field employee positions by engaging in field visits, leveraging referrals, exploring local areas, utilizing job portals, and participating in recruitment drives. Candidates will be initially screened with clear communication about salary packages, incentives, work schedules, and job expectations. Verification of candidate documents and eligibility is mandatory, followed by scheduling interviews and facilitating joining procedures. Completing onboarding and KYC processes forms part of the duties. The recruiter will maintain detailed reports on daily recruitment activities and joining statuses, track and follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining, and aim to meet established recruitment targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Regular visits to rider hubs, delivery sites, petrol stations, colleges, or other sourcing locations are expected. Close coordination with operations and HR teams to understand and fulfill manpower requirements is essential.
