About the Role

BlackCats HR Consulting is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join their Bangalore team on a full-time basis. This role focuses on managing the complete recruitment lifecycle across various clients and open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple clients and job vacancies.
• Identify and source candidates utilizing platforms like Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, and other employment portals.
• Screen candidates aligning with job criteria and conduct initial human resource interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain comprehensive records of candidates and recruitment progress through databases and trackers.
• Follow up effectively with candidates concerning interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly hiring targets.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Fresh graduates with strong communication abilities are welcome to apply.
• Preferred experience ranges from six months to two years in recruitment roles.
• Fluent English communication and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfort working under recruitment targets and meeting deadlines.
• Basic familiarity with various job portals and strategic candidate sourcing.
• Capability to manage multiple recruitment requirements at the same time.
• Immediate availability to join is highly advantageous.
