About the Role
We are looking to hire a Kitchen Helper to join our team at Bistro Cafe. This position involves assisting with food preparation for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, ensuring kitchen and workplace cleanliness, and adhering to food safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare basic food items including vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen and surrounding work areas.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, food safety guidelines, and supervisor instructions.
- Work in rotational shifts as required by business operations.
- Be willing to work at nearby outlet locations if needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education of 10th grade completion.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to read and understand basic English.
- Male candidates are required to maintain a clean-shaven appearance.
- Possession of valid Aadhaar Card and educational certificates is mandatory.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts; female employees will not be assigned night shifts and will only work day shifts.
