Role Overview
The Field Executive will oversee comprehensive onboarding and support for riders, ensuring seamless deployment, compliance, and operational efficiency in field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete rider onboarding lifecycle, including verification of necessary documents.
- Arrange rider deployment and facilitate their activation processes.
- Provide continuous assistance to riders during onboarding and daily field operations.
- Address and resolve rider-related issues by liaising with internal departments.
- Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and keep operational databases up to date.
- Perform routine field inspections to guarantee adherence to compliance standards and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate rider productivity and engagement levels consistently.
