Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Telecalling Executive to manage both inbound and outbound calls, engaging customers to help boost business through lead generation and fostering strong client connections.
Key Duties
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to connect with potential customers and generate new leads.
- Respond to customer inquiries during calls with accurate and helpful information.
- Provide detailed explanations about products and services offered by the company.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients to ensure timely deal closures.
- Keep detailed records of all calls, interactions, and client feedback consistently.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling targets assigned.
- Build lasting positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments as needed.
