Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Sales Executives to join our team in Mumbai. This role focuses on engaging with customers, comprehending their needs, promoting appropriate products or services, and converting inquiries into confirmed sales.
Key Duties
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with the aim of generating sales through clear and effective communication.
- Assess customer needs to suggest the most appropriate products or services.
- Meet and strive to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Engage in follow-up communications with potential customers to boost lead conversion rates.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer journey during the entire sales interaction.
- Clearly articulate product features, pricing structures, benefits, and promotional offers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to fulfill overall business objectives.
